Last week, we published 2 flash notes following the publication by the European Commission of the "Clean Industrial Deal" and the first Omnibus on sustainability. In a 3rd flash note, we downgrade BP from "Neutral" to "Not Recommended" ESG Opinion following the new strategic "reset" presented to the CMD. ENGIE unveiled an update of its climate strategy as part of a new global strategic update. COP16 concluded with an agreement on financing. Danone committed to revising upwards its vigilance plan against plastic pollution, thus putting an end to the procedure initiated by 3 NGOs. In social matters, according to the 2025 edition of the triennial survey of the National Committee for Stress Prevention, the working conditions of Orange France employees are deteriorating. In governance, the 2025 report of the Skema observatory of the feminization of companies showed that women represented on average 27.98% of the executive committees of the CAC40 for 37.95% of the population of engineers and managers. According to Les Echos, the Italian government would like to dismiss the CEO of STMicroelectronics.
