>Swiss Re sells off ReAssure with an attractive valuation - Swiss Re has announced an agreement to sell its subsidiary ReAssure Group Plc to Phoenix Group Holdings Plc for cash and shares in Phoenix group. Following the closure of the deal Swiss Re will deconsolidate ReAssure and continue to benefit from the strong business combination of Reassure and Phoenix.
