Sword Group : Sword set to pull off a major deal with the sale of GRC (Software)
>Plans to sell GRC (Software) to Riskonnect - Sword announced yesterday it signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Riskonnect for the sale of its GRC (software) business within a period of around six weeks to obtain regulatory approval. As a reminder, this business line represents almost all of Sword's software solutions since the sale of Sword Apak in 2018 with 2021 revenue of € 19.7m (+20% organically YOY) and an EBITDA margin of 27%.
