Cette société dispose d’un réseau de 12 agences principalement dans les régions de l’Est du pays. IPA devrait générer un CA d’environ 95 M$ australien soit près de 58 M€ (1.8% du CA de Synergie). Cette acquisition est complémentaire puisque Synergie est déjà présent en Australie...Synergie is engaged in the development of human resources management, by providing services in the field of temporary work, outplacement, recruitment, consulting and training. Co. services different sectors: services and specialized sector (medical, senior employment, human services), transportation and logistics sector, industry sector, construction and civil engineering sector.
