Telecom Italia : A second offer for NetCo
>The CDP Equity/Macquarie offer has finally been set out - Telecom Italia received a counter-offer for its NetCo network from a consortium formed by CDP Equity, a subsidiary of the Italian government, and Macquarie. The offer is valid until 31 March. The financial details have not been made public but the press suggests that the offer is in line with that of KKR.
