>Update on the NetCo transaction - We organised a call with CEO Pietro Labriola and CFO Adrian Calaza. The focus was mainly on the NetCo transaction. The decision between an ordinary meeting or an EGM will be taken by the board. Under Italian law, an EGM can only be called in specific situations, for example if the transaction changes bylaws such as Telecom Italia’s social purpose.
