Telecom Italia : Seconde offre pour le rachat de NetCo
>L’offre de CDP Equity/Macquarie enfin formulée - Telecom Italia a reçu une contre-offre pour son réseau NetCo provenant d’un consortium formé par CDP Equity, la filiale du gouvernement italien, et Macquarie. L’offre est valade jusqu’au 31 mars. Les éléments financiers ne sont pas publics mais la presse suggère que l’offre est en ligne avec celle de KKR. Pour rappel, Telecom Italia avait déjà reçu une offre de KKR avoisinant 18 Md€ selon la presse, voire à 20 Md€ aprè...Telecom Italia is a telecommunications group based in Italy.
