Tereos : € 300m five-year bond issue
Tereos is returning on the market to issue a € 300m bond maturing in October 2025. The issuance proceeds will serve to repay the € 225m RCF used at the start of the year to refinance the residual TEREOS 4.25% Mar-20 notes, as well as € 75m of the € 250m term loan due in September 2022 that was granted by its three principal banks at the start of 2019 to cover the first part of these bonds.
