Tereos : New bond issue maturing in 2030
Yesterday, Tereos issued € 300m of bonds maturing in April 2030. The proceeds will be used to redeem part of the TEREOS 7.5% 2025 bonds (€ 425m) by the end of October, when the call price comes down to par (vs. 101.875% currently). - The group's return to the market was expected.
