Intertrust : 2021 guidance below expectations, no dividend and lower margins
>4Q results 2% below consensus - Intertrust reported 4Q results, which revenues at EUR 144.8m (consensus EUR 147.9m and us at EUR 148.9m, a 2% miss). Adjusted EBITA came in at EUR 49.9m, compared with consensus and us at EUR 51.2m and EUR 52.4m respectively, a 2.5% miss. Both adjusted net income and adj EPS (EUR 37.3m and EUR 0.41 were marginally ahead of consensus (EUR 36.1m and EUR 0.40). Corporates (-6.3%) were the main reason for the revenue miss, with Funds (+2....TomTom develops and sells of navigation and location-based solutions, which include among others, Portable Navigation Devices, sport watches, maps, traffic, navigation software and fleet management services. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had four segments: Consumer business, which is focused on creating location-based products; Automotive business, which provides modular components, being maps, traffic and navigation software, to car manufacturers and head unit vendors; Licensing business, which sells TomTom map, traffic and navigation software as well as cloud-based products and platforms; and Telematics business, which provides fleet management solutions for commercial fleets of any size.
