>Un renforcement ambitieux de la feuille de route ESG - Unibail–Rodamco–Westfield (URW) a tenu hier son CMD ESG à Paris, auquel ont participé tous les membres du directoire. L’objectif était de présenter une actualisation plus ambitieuse de sa feuille de route de développement durable 2030 publiée en 2016 en insistant notamment sur ses nouvelles initiatives en Europe qui incluent i/ de nouveaux objectifs « net zéro » 2030 (scopes 1 et 2) et 2050 (scopes 1, 2 et 3) val...Unibail-Rodamco is a commercial property operator, investor and developer. Co. is operationally organized in six geographical regions: France, Spain, Central Europe, Austria, the Nordics and The Netherlands. Its activities are divided into three business lines or segments: Shopping Centres, Offices and Convention & Exhibition. Co.'s Shopping Centres segment focuses primarily on the retail sector; the Offices segment takes care of office assets that are mainly located in the Parisian Central Business District; and the Convention-Exhibitions segment consists of a real estate venues and operations organization, and trade show organization.
