>Un message très clair en vue de la réorganisation de la gouvernance - Le conseil de surveillance (CS) d'Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) a envoyé vendredi soir un message très clair au sujet de l’évolution de la gouvernance du groupe. A l’issue de sa 1ère réunion post AGE du 10 novembre, le CS recomposé d’URW (4 démissions sur 11 membres) a nommé 1/ Léon Bressler en tant que Président du CS avec effet immédiat, 2/ Susana Gallardo en tant que membre du comité de gouver...Unibail-Rodamco is a commercial property operator, investor and developer. Co. is operationally organized in six geographical regions: France, Spain, Central Europe, Austria, the Nordics and The Netherlands. Its activities are divided into three business lines or segments: Shopping Centres, Offices and Convention & Exhibition.
