Alors que nous finalisions notre étude, les rumeurs se sont amplifiées vendredi sur une offre imminente d’Unicredit sur Banco BPM. Nous ne maitrisons pas le timing, mais le scenario est crédible et ferait sens. Nous considérons le plan stratégique 2024 présenté par Unicredit en décembre dernier comme un plan B dont les objectifs pourraient être bouleversés avant son terme.
