Even though the outcome of the election is not final and remains disputed, one thing is obvious: the electoral maps seen in the media are somewhat less “blue” than expected. The Republicans will retain a majority in the Senate, the Democrats will keep control of the House. The President will face a divided Congress. At worst, his agenda will be systematically obstructed.
