>H1 2021 sales up sharply by 45% to € 93.3m vs € 74.9m est. of which +50% for champagne - H1 2021 sales came in well above our forecast at € 93.3m (vs € 74.9m est.), i.e. growth of +45.1%. Business benefited from a favourable comparison base vs H1 last year (sales down 26.1%) but also a rebound in retail and out-of-home consumption after the easing of health measures in several markets. H1 2021 sales were thus at a comparable level to that observed in H1 2018, notably...Vranken-Pommery Monopole is engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of alcoholic beverages, primarily champagne, porto and pink wine (Rose). Co.'s brands are Pommery, Vranken, Heidsieck & Cdeg Monopole and Charles Lafitte for champagne; Sao Pedro, Rozes et Terras do Grifo for Porto; and Listel and Chapelle Gordonne et Billette for pink wine (Rose). Co.'s activities can be divided into three segments: Vineyard which focuses on managing Co.'s vineyard and wine-producing activities; Production of champagne, porto and pink wine; and Distribution and Marketing of products.
