Les chiffres fournis par le management sont très bons puisque les revenus sont largement supérieurs à ceux d’avant-crise (ceux du T1 2020 à fin mai 2019) de 31% pour l’hôtellerie au Royaume-Uni (et -4.3% pour la restauration).
