>Nouvelles opérations sur la dette annoncées - Whitbread a annoncé plusieurs opérations sur la dette ; i/ émission de deux ‘green bonds’, l’une de 300 M£, échéance mai 2027, portant intérêt à 2.375% et l’autre de 250 M£, échéance mai 2031 et portant intérêt à 3.00%, ii/ extension de la maturité de la ligne de crédit actuelle de septembre 2022 à septembre 2023 (le montant non tiré est actuellement de 950 M£ mais baissera à 850 M£ en décembre 2021 et 725 M£ en septembre...Whitbread is a hospitality company. Co. serves its customers in the U.K. and beyond through its two businesses: Premier Inn and Restaurants; and Costa. Premier Inn is a hotel business, with over 760 hotels and more than 68,000 rooms as of Mar 2 2017. Co.'s hotel are located alongside its own restaurant brands.
