>CK Hutchison wants to fully control Wind Tre - CK Hutchison Holdings announced yesterday that it will acquire VEON’s 50% interest in Wind Tre for € 2.45bn. The transaction is subject to the approval of the European Commission and the Italian authorities (Golden power rules), and closing is expected in Q3 or at the beginning of Q4 2018.
