Zooplus AG : Hellman & Friedmann raises its offer to € 460

>Hellman & Friedmann increases its offer - Last night, Zooplus published a press release saying that Hellman & Friedman had increased its offer for the company to € 460 in cash vs € 390/share previously. On 13 August, Hellman & Friedman stepped forward with bid of € 390 per Zooplus share which included a minimum acceptance threshold of 50% plus one share.
