Commerce Resources: Klein aber fein - Eine Kampfmaschine
Commerce Resources Corp. verkündete heute die Absicht, eine Konsolidierung seiner ausgegebenen Aktien auf der Basis von 1 neuen Aktie für jede 10 aktuell ausstehenden Aktien durchzuführen, womit sich die Anzahl der ausgegebenen Aktien von 310.496.558 auf etwa 31.049.655 reduziert. Da der Aktienkurs gleichzeitig um den Faktor 10 erhöht wird, ändert sich für bestehende Aktionäre effektiv nichts.
Commerce Resources ist zuversichtlich, dass diese Aktienkonsolidierung sowohl die Vermarktungsfähigkeit des Unternehmens als Investment verbessern als auch das Unternehmen besser positionieren wird, um die benötigten Geldmittel zu beschaffen, um seinen Business Plan umzusetzen. Die Aktienkonsolidierung bedarf noch der Börsenzustimmung seitens der TSX Venture Exchange.
Ich bin überzeugt, dass diese Konsolidierung Commerce Resources zum attraktivsten REE (Rare Earth Element; Seltenen Erden) Junior machen wird, und zwar mittels einer engen Aktienkapitalstruktur, die höchst finanzierbar ist für jeden (private, institutionelle und strategische Investoren sowie für Banker), der sich in diesem unerlässlich gewordenen Rohstoffbereich positionieren will, bevor der vermeintlich bereits begonnene REE-Bullenmarkt so richtig an Fahrt gewinnt.
Commerce Resources is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, developing and evaluating mineral resource properties, and either joint venturing or developing these properties further or disposing of them when the evaluation is completed. Co. is in the exploration stage and has interests in properties located in British Columbia and Quebec, Canada. The recoverability of amounts shown for resource properties is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, continuation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain financing to complete their development, and future profitable production or disposition thereof.
