ACS: ADQUIERE EL 14,46% DE ATLANTIA EN HOCHTIEF (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)

Acaba de anunciar la adquisición del 14,46% que Atlantia posee en Hochtief (67% EBITDA de ACS; 40% P.O. de ACS) por 578 M euros (~6% del EV de ACS) lo que supone un precio por acción de 51,43 euros/acc. (+7% vs la cotización de cierre de ayer y -35% vs nuestra valoración). Con esta adquisición la participación de ACS para del 54% al ~68% (~70% descontando autocartera).

Por un lado, la reforma presupuestaria (OBBBA) de D. Trump que intenta aprobar el Senado aumentaría el déficit para los próximos años y además hasta podría impactar negativamente a las compañías europeas con negocios allí a través de la sección 899. Por otro lado, no creemos que los aranceles puedan compensar el mayor déficit de la OBBBA y menos aún reducir el déficit hasta el 4,5% para estabilizar la deuda a largo plazo.
