ACS: ATLANTIA COULD STUDY THE DIVESTITURE OF ITS 16% STAKE IN HOCHTIEF (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)

According to the press, Atlantia (ACS’s partner in Abertis with 50% + 1 share) would be conducting a strategic revision of its businesses where its 16% stake in Hochtief (50.4% ACS) would be regarded as non-core, and thus, it could be sold. The same sources outlined that Atlantia would be in no rush to sell this stake and that the strategic revision being carried out would be completed at the end of 2021.
