ACS: HOCHTIEF LANZA UNA OPA POR EL PORCENTAJE DE CIMIC QUE NO CONTROLA (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)
Hochtief (50,4% ACS; 66% EBITDA de ACS; 33% P.O. de ACS) acaba de anunciar su intención de lanzar una OPA de exclusión por el ~21% del capital que no posee de su filial australiana CIMIC (~54% del EBITDA’21e de Hochtief y ~36% del EBITDA’21e de ACS). El precio anunciado es de 22 dólares australianos/acc. en efectivo, que implica una prima del +33% vs el precio de cierre y +18% vs la media de los últimos 6 meses. El importe máximo en caso de aceptación hasta el 100% del capital sería de 940 M euros (17% del EV de Hochtief y 9% del EV de ACS).ACS Actividades de Construccion y Servicios is a holding company.
