ALLIANZ: VENTA DEL NEGOCIO EN RUSIA (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)
ALV acaba de emitir un comunicado mediante el cual vende una participación mayoritaria de su negocio en Rusia a la compañía aseguradora rusa Zetta Insurance. Tras la operación ALV continuará teniendo una participación del 49,9%. La operación supondrá un ajuste en el BDI de unos -400 M euros (-4,5% del BDI’22 de consenso, en línea BS(e)) debido en gran parte al ajuste por tipo de cambio. Dicho esto, el impacto en S-II será irrelevante (199% a 1T’22 confortablemente por encima del >180% de objetivo). Finalmente mencionar, que Rusia aportaba yaAllianz is engaged in the provision of a range of insurance and asset management products and services. Co. has three business segments: Property-Casualty, which provides insurance products to both private and corporate customers, including motor liability and own damage, accident, general liability, fire and property, legal expense, credit and travel insurance; Life/Health, which provides life and health insurance products including annuities, endowment and term insurance, unit-linked and investment-oriented products and private health and supplemental health and long-term care insurance; and Asset Management, which provides institutional and retail asset management products and services.
