El Euro STOXX 50, en el soporte de los 5.000 puntos
Las bolsas europeas reaccionaron con fuertes caídas a las menores probabilidades de recortes de tipos y al resultado de las elecciones al Parlamento Europeo. En este sentido, las compañías francesas (bancos, infraestructuras, autopistas y renovables) sufrieron las mayores pérdidas ante la convocatoria de elecciones parlamentarias anticipadas para el 30 de junio. En un STOXX 600 a la baja (16/20 terminaron en rojo), los mejores fueron Energía y R. Básicos mientras que B. Consumo y Alimentación encabezaron las caídas. Por el lado macro, en la Eurozona el índice Sentix de junio mejoró mucho más de lo esperado y vuelve a terreno positivo por primera vez desde feb’22. Desde el BCE, P. Kazimir considera que puede esperar hasta otoño antes de contemplar una nueva rebaja de los tipos de interés, ya que las presiones sobre los precios podrían volver.

Qué esperamos para hoy
Las bolsas abrirían con rebotes superiores al +0,3%. En estos momentos, los futuros del S&P 500 cotizan con avances +0,13% (el S&P 500 terminó ayer con subidas del +0,16% con respecto al nivel al que estaba al cierre de las bolsas europeas). Los mercados asiáticos cotizan mixtos (CSI 300 chino -1,09%, Nikkei de Japón +0,30%).
Hoy en R. Unido el número de parados de mayo y la tasa de desempleo ILO de abril. En EE.UU. el índice de confianza de PyMes (NFIB) de mayo. En México la producción industrial de abril y Brasil la inflación de mayo.

CELLNEX. Criteria coloca un 2,63% de CLNX con un descuento del -2% a 32,91 eur/acc. COMPRAR
Criteria, mediante una colocación acelerada durante la tarde de ayer, ha vendido un 2,63% de CLNX con un descuento limitado del -2% y mantiene únicamente un 0,39% (exclusivamente para cumplir con las obligaciones por conversión de un bono convertible vencimiento 06/2025) para el que firma un lock-up de 180 días. La salida de Criteria (accionista histórico de CLNX), muy activa últimamente en adquisiciones de otras compañías, no sorprende puesto que había sido noticia de prensa y ya habría estado reduciendo su participación desde el 4,77%. Destacamos el punto positivo de que con esta colocación desaparece el riesgo de overhang que podía pesar sobre la acción. Otros accionistas de referencia: son Edizione con un 9,9%, TCI con un 9,4%, GIC con un 7,0%, CPPIB con un 5,2, Blackrock mantendría un 5,1% y Norges un 3%).
