Mientras aumentan las alarmas de un posible ataque con armas químicas por parte de Rusia en Ucrania, la renta variable reactivó las ventas con el Ibex sufriendo su mayor caída en dos semanas (-1,7%) al tiempo que el precio del gas en Europa repuntaba notablemente después de que Putin exigiera el pago de éste en rublos. Así, todos los sectores del Euro STOXX menos Energía y Hogar cerraron en negativo, con el peor comportamiento relativo de Inmobiliario y Utilities. En cuando a datos macro, en la Eurozona la confianza del consumidor de marzo cayó más de lo esperado. En R. Unido la inflación de febrero alcanzó el 6,2% interanual, el dato más alto en los últimos 30 años. En EE.UU. la venta de viviendas nuevas de febrero se desaceleró en contra de lo previsto. En Japón, los PMI de marzo avanzó algo menos de lo esperado.
Qué esperamos para hoy
Las bolsas europeas abrirían con leves avances soportadas por las subidas de los cíclicos más cercanos a las mm.pp. como Energía y R. Básicos. En estos momentos, los futuros del S&P cotizan con subidas del +0,4% (el S&P 500 terminó ayer con caídas del -0,6% con respecto al nivel al que estaba al cierre de las bolsas europeas). La volatilidad en EE.UU. subió (VIX 23,57). Los mercados asiáticos cotizan mixtos (CSI 300 chino -0,23%, Nikkei de Japón +0,25%).
Hoy en la Eurozona el informe mensual del BCE. En EE.UU. los pedidos de bienes duraderos de febrero y el desempleo semanal. En México la reunión de tipos del Banco Central.
