Nueva jornada de caídas en las bolsas europeas, lastradas por el mensaje hawkish de la Fed tras la subida de 75 p.b. y el incremento de la tensión en Ucrania. Media docena de bancos centrales siguieron a la Fed y al BoE (que subió como se esperaba 50 p.b.), desde Indonesia hasta Noruega pasando por Suiza que finalmente subió 75 p.b., dejando todos la puerta abierta a más subidas de tipos. Así, en el Euro STOXX tan sólo Bancos y Alimentación consiguieron cerrar en positivo, frente a las caídas de Inmobiliario y Tecnología. Por el lado macro, en la Eurozona las actas del BCE no depararon novedades insistiendo en una política monetaria dependiente de la evolución de la inflación. Además, I. Schabel anunció la necesidad de subir más los tipos en las próximas reuniones. Por otro lado, la confianza del consumidor bajó hasta mínimos de may’09. En EE.UU. el desempleo semanal se incrementó menos de lo esperado. Por el lado geopolítico, la UE se plantea la imposición de un tope en el precio del crudo ruso en su próximo paquete de sanciones a Rusia.
Qué esperamos para hoy
Las bolsas europeas abrirían planas con cierto sesgo al alza tras las ventas del jueves. En estos momentos, los futuros del S&P cotizan con caídas del -0,1% (el S&P 500 terminó ayer con recortes del -0,1% con respecto al nivel al que estaba al cierre de las bolsas europeas). La volatilidad en EE.UU. bajó (VIX 27,35). Los mercados asiáticos cotizan con caídas (CSI 300 chino -0,4%, Nikkei de Japón cerrado).
