SECTOR BANCARIO ESPAÑA: PRIMERAS INDICACIONES DEL TJUE SOBRE LAS CLÃUSULAS IRPH, FAVORABLES PARA EL SECTOR (ANÃLISIS BANCO SABADELL)
Aunque todavÃa el TJUE no ha publicado la sentencia, los titulares de la lectura de ésta que se está haciendo en la sala parecen apuntar a que se alinea con el escenario de “caso por casoâ€, en el que los tribunales españoles tendrán que analizar, previa demanda de los afectados, si la hipoteca se vendió de forma transparente.VALORACIÓN
Es un escenario por tanto favorable a la banca, dado que se diluye el riesgo de demandas colectivas, teniendo en cuenta además que en las sentencias ya dictadas por los tribunales españoles el c.80% de los veredictos dan la razón a los bancos. El sector lo está cotizando ya, con subidas de +7% y +4% (vs +2% del Ibex) en CABK y BKIA, respectivamente, que recordamos son los bancos más afectados.
