BAYER: EL GOBIERNO DE EE.UU. PIDE AL TRIBUNAL SUPREMO QUE DESESTIME EL RECURSO DE BAYER (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)
Ayer, el Gobierno de EE.UU. presentó un escrito instando al Tribunal Supremo a desestimar el recurso que presentó BAYN en 2021 en relación con el caso glifosato. BAYN buscaba con este recurso que la sentencia de 2018, por la que se le declaraba culpable por la generación de un cáncer, fuera anulada en base a que la aprobación de la FDA de la etiqueta de glifosato implicaba que el caso no podía seguir adelante. Hasta el momento, esto estaba pendiente de que el Procurador General se pronunciase tras haber sido preguntado por su opinión por parte del Tribunal Supremo.Bayer is a life sciences group based in Germany.
