INFORME SECTORIAL BANCOS ESPAÑA: SEGUIRÁ EL RERATING (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)

Continuará el rerating a base de delivery de Rdos.
El rerating ya ha empezado y explica entre el 25-50% del performance reciente del sector y, aunque podremos ver momentos de consolidación/ toma parcial de beneficios, creemos que continuará la subida. La tasa de descuento implícita en las actuales cotizaciones todavía es excesivamente alta: 14,4% (c.300pbs por encima del 11-12% habitual). Nuestra tesis es que las subidas serán a base de delivery de Rdos. en un entorno normalizado de tipos entre 2-3% en los 2/3 próximos años. Para esto, lo primero que tiene que suceder es que desaparezca el temor a volver a ver tipos cero/negativos. Y lo segundo, que el inversor se convenza de que el arte no está en convivir con tipos altos, sino en gestionar el spread con tipos normalizados. Revisamos P.O. +11% en BBVA, ligeramente al alza (+5/6%) en Bankinter, Santander y Caixabank y lo mantenemos en Unicaja. Mantenemos COMPRAR en todos ellos a excepción de BBVA, que rebajamos a VENDER. Nuestro orden de preferencias: (1) Santander cotiza, de forma injustificada muy deprimido en todos los frentes. (2) Caixabank tiene margen para sorprender frente a su guidance’24 y seguir incrementando el beneficio en 2024. (3) Unicaja: podría anunciar 300 M euros más de recompras (>11% capital). (4) Bankinter no está caro, pero su atractivo relativo es menor. Lo hará bien, peor lo harán mejor aquellos con múltiplos más deprimidos.
