IAG: VACCINATED UK NATIONALS COULD TRAVEL WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS (ANÁLISIS BANCO SABADELL)

According to The Telegraph, the Govt. of the United Kingdom would be studying the possibility of allowing fully vaccinated UK nationals to return from abroad without quarantining, although they would have to present a negative certificate of a diagnostic test. The press article does not specify whether this measure is aimed at tourists travelling to countries in the amber list and/or also to countries in the red list. The proposal is in an early stage of development, and thus, it is not definitive. According to World in Data, 44.5% of UK nationals would be fully vaccinated, that is ~30 M citizens.
