Una vacuna para el Covid-19 y los datos de empleo americano dan un impulso a las bolsas
La posibilidad de que la vacuna del Covid-19 desarrollada en Oxford se adelante a lo esperado y la sorpresa en los datos de empleo de EE.UU. impulsaron a las bolsas (Euro STOXX 50 +2,8%), aunque a última hora las ganancias se frenaron debido a la evolución de los contagios en EE.UU. Así en el Euro STOXX dirigieron las ganancias Bancos (con el BCE más proclive a las fusiones) y Autos frente a Media y Telecomunicaciones, que terminaron con el peor comportamiento relativo. Por el lado macro, en España el paro registrado de junio se incrementó de forma inesperada y la afiliación a la Seguridad Social cayó en más de 160.000 personas. En la esfera política P. Sánchez anunció una nueva línea de avales por 40.000 M de euros destinados a financiar a la economía digital y la ecológica, además dejó caer que se subirán los tramos más altos en el IRPF. En la Eurozona la tasa de paro de mayo se incrementó pero menos de lo esperado. En EE.UU. los datos del mercado laboral de junio salieron mejor de lo previsto. Así la creación de empleo se situó por encima del consenso (4,8 M) y revisándose el dato anterior al alza. Las ganancias salariales se mantienen en niveles elevados (5,0% a/a vs 6,6%) mientras que la tasa de paro se redujo más de lo esperado hasta el 11,1%. En Brasil la producción industrial de mayo rebotó en línea con lo esperado.
Qué esperamos para hoy
Tras la subida de ayer, los índices europeos abrirían planos en una sesión con pocas referencias y con la bolsa americana cerrada. En estos momentos, los futuros del S&P cotizan con caídas del -0,18% (el S&P 500 cerró con caídas del -0,44% respecto al precio al que cotizaba al cierre de los mercados en Europa). La volatilidad en EE.UU. bajo (VIX 27,68%). Los mercados asiáticos cotizan con subidas (Japón +0,20% y Hong Kong +0,72%).
Hoy en la Eurozona los PMI de servicios finales de junio. EE.UU. estará cerrado por la festividad de la independencia.
