VINCI: MENSAJES DE LA CONFERENCE CALL RDOS. 2019 (ANÃLISIS BANCO SABADELL)
De la conference call de sus Rdos. 2019 destacamos: Evolución Tráficos. La compañÃa ha manifestado que dada la buena evolución vista en tráficos en 2019 (+2,8% en Autopistas y +5,7% en Aeropuertos), el crecimiento en 2020 deberÃa continuar desacelerándose ante la elevada base comparable actual.
 Evolución en Construcción (35% ventas). DG manifiesta que pese a que los márgenes en 2019 estuvieron por debajo del año anterior (-10 pbs), la compañÃa manifiesta que la situación en Francia (53% ventas de la división) continúa mejorando y que el peor momento habrÃa pasado, lo que deberÃa dar lugar a repuntes en la rentabilidad en 2020.
VALORACIÓN
El management sigue mostrando una visión favorable de la compañÃa y aunque puntualmente Construcción siga mostrando cierta debilidad, la situación parece controlada. En todo caso, confiamos en que en 2020 la combinación de una saludable evolución LfL, y la progresiva mejora del mix deberÃa garantizar el cumplimiento del guidance.
