OHL - Improving but still weak FY17, transformation expected in FY18

OHL, the Spanish construction company, yesterday reported its FY17 results. While the core business of construction is still on the mend, the closing of the disposal of OHL Concesiones is expected in the coming weeks. The related €2.2bn net cash proceeds will change OHL’s financial profile and allow management to fully focus on the turnaround of the construction activity.
