Co. also invests in real estate-related securities. As of Sept 30 2013, Co.'s portfolio consisted of 62 office buildings with 1,146 tenants and total rentable 713,180 sq. m. of area mainly in Central Tokyo and the Tokyo Metropolitan Area including Saitama and Kanagawa. Co.'s main portfolio includes Kitanomaru Square, Shiodome Building, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Building, MM Park Building, Shibuya Cross Tower and Tokyo Opera City Building.
