Dynacraft is a manufacturer of lead frames. It designs, manufactures and supplies microelectronic packaging systems. Carsem comprises the two Ipoh plants, S-site and M-site, with S-site focusing on micro-leadframe packages (MLP) and Test, and M-site focusing on high-density leaded products.
