Through a range of distribution formats, Co. and its subsidiaries focus its business activities on the wholesale distribution to customers across the wholesale market segments, in particular, to stores throughout Poland such as retail stores, convenience stores at petrol stations, restaurants, hotels and cafeterias. Fourlis Holdings S.A.

Co. is engaged in the manufacture, import and distribution of electrical household appliances and the manufacture of FOURLIS kitchen hoods. In addition, through a subsidiary, Co. is engaged in the operation of a retail chain.

Graphisoft Park SE Ingatlanfejleszto Europai Rt is a Hungary-based company engaged in the real estate operations. The Company operates as a holding and provides management, financial and administrative services to its subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated two subsidiaries, Grpahisoft Park Kft, engaged in the real estate development; and Graphisoft Park Services Kft, responsible for property operation tasks. The total area of the Company's properties was nearly 18 hectares. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's two subsidiaries, Graphisoft Park Universitas Kft and GP3 Kft merged into Graphisoft Park Kft. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's parent entity was Graphisoft SE.

Krka is a public generic pharmaceutical company based in Slovenia. Co. is engaged in the development, production, sale and marketing of human health products (prescription and selfmedication pharmaceuticals and cosmetics), animal health products and health resort and tourist services. Co. focuses on a range of generic prescription pharmaceuticals, which are marketed under Co.'s own brands. Co. offers customers in over 70 countries a broad range of prescription pharmaceuticals, self-medication products and animal health and cosmetic products. LPP SA Gdansk is clothing manufacturing group based in Poland. Co. is engaged in the design and distribution of clothing. Co.'s headquarters is located in Gdan'sk, including designing resources for all its brands. Co.'s stores offer its customer products that include jackets, shirts, sweaters, dresses, skirts, trousers, jeans, underwear and garment products. Co. also sells promotion clothing under a special selected brand. Co.'s product offering is addressed to a variety of customers for whom separate brands and chain stores are set up. Co. launches clothing under such brand names as: RESERVED, CROPP, MOHITO, HOUSE, and PROMOSTARS.

Mobile TeleSystems PJSC

Mobile Telesystems is a provider of mobile cellular communications services in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan to consumers and corporate customers, employing technology based primarily on Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). Co. had a mobile subscriber base of around 102.5 million (77.3 million in Russia, 20.4 million in Ukraine, 2.1 million in Turkmenistan, 1.6 million in Uzbekistan and 1.1 million in Armenia). In addition to standard voice services, Co. provides improved services, including voice mail, short message service, general packet radio service, and various SMS- and GPRS-based information and entertainment services.

Bank Zachodni is a bank seated in Poland. Co. and its subsidiaries provide a range of banking services for individual and business customers and operate in domestic and interbank foreign markets. Additionally, Co. provides also the following services, including intermediation in trading securities, leasing, factoring, asset/ fund management, insurance services, trading in stock and shares of commercial companies, and brokerage activity.
