Atrium European Real Estate is engaged in the ownership, management and operation of commercial real estate in the retail sector. Co. primarily operates in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Hungary and Romania. Co. has two reportable segments: the standing investment segment includes all commercial real estate held to generate rental income for Co.; and the development segment includes all development activities and activities related to land plots. As of Dec 31 2016, the portfolio of standing investments consisted of 59 properties in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Hungary, and Romania.

Migros Ticaret is a retailing group based in Turkey. Co. offers spacious stores in a wide range of formats and locations whose vast selection of stationery, glass and kitchenware, appliance, book, clothing, and other items along with groceries and other necessities. Co. maintains a store network of 1,004 national and international locations with a national presence in 70 provinces in Turkey's seven geographical regions. Store brand names include M, MM, MMM, 5M, MigroJet, Tansas, Macrocenter and Ramstores. MLP Saglik Hizmetleri AS, formerly Medical Park Saglik Hizmetleri AS, is a Turkey-based company engaged in the healthcare sector. The Company operates more than 20 hospitals in more than 10 provinces in Turkey. The Company's medical departments include: Mouth and Dental Health, Brain and Nerve Surgery, Biochemistry, Dermatology, Child Health and Diseases, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Hematology, Check-up, Eye Health and Diseases, Gastroenterology, Cardiac Surgery, Ear-Nose-Throat, Cardiology, Gynecology and Obstetrics, as well as Laboratory Services, among others. GSM offers a range of services that include voice, circuit switched data, packet data and fax, in addition to standard service offerings such as call barring, call forwarding, call waiting and roaming into areas serviced by other GSM carriers.
