In April, the gas market settled at a price of about EUR 105/MWh and showed much less volatility. The risk of cuts to Russian supply remains, but the market has absorbed this and is focusing on mitigation, in our view. Even Russia’s refusal to sell gas to Poland, was not enough to spark a big price increase. Inventory levels are helping to calm nerves, as April reached levels just 6% below the average for the month, after rising 9% in March. Demand for LNG in Asia is falling, as shown by lower JKM prices, leaving more for Europe, where LNG imports broke records again to reach 17.9bcm for the month. Europe could import as much as 200bcm of LNG in 2022E. Temperatures were mildly warmer, helping to curb demand, while 2022 so far has been good for wind, after a poor 2021.Autohellas is a Hertz national franchisee. Co. is engaged in the rent-a-car segment, comprising of renting (short-term lease) and fleet management (long-term lease and fleet management) in Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro. Grupa Lotos is an oil concern which deals with oil extraction and processing and trading of high quality oil products. Co. maintains oil exploration and production activities in the Baltic, North Sea and Norwegian Sea and operates three refineries in Gdansk, Jaslo and Czechowice, Poland. Co. markets its products in wholesale markets, as well as in retail markets through a network of petrol stations.

Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe I Gazownictwo SA Polish Oil & Gas Co (PGNiG) is an integrated natural gas company based in Poland. Co.'s core activity covers exploration and production of natural gas and crude oil as well as import, storage, trade and distribution of gas and liquid fuels. Co.'s scope of activity includes gas trading and commercial support, as well as operation, maintenance and expansion of its distribution system. Co.'s distribution networks comprises over 100 thousand kilometers of gas pipelines (high, upper-medium, medium and low pressure), which cover primarily industrialized and urbanized areas of the country.

Also, Co. is establishing and operating factories and facilities in the petrochemical industry. Co. is engaged in purchasing, selling, importing, exporting, storing, marketing and distributing (wholesale, retail, foreign and domestic) all kinds of petroleum products, LPG and natural gas. Co. runs its business through the refineries in Izmit, Izmir, Kirikkale and Batman.
