CD Projekt is a holding company of the CD PROJEKT Capital Group which conducts its operations in two activity segments: CD PROJEKT RED and GOG.com. CD PROJEKT RED's activities cover the creation and publication of videogames, licensing the associated distribution rights and manufacturing tie-in products which exploit the commercial appeal of brands owned by Co. The activities of GOG Ltd. involve digital distribution of videogames via Co.'s proprietary GOG.com distribution platform, on the basis of contracts signed by GOG Ltd. with producers, IPR holders and external publishers. The platform enables customers to purchase games, remit payment and download game files to their personal devices.

Ciech is engaged in the production, trade and distribution of chemicals as well as comprehensive service activities directed at the domestic and foreign market. The main products sold by Co. are soda ash, TDI, plastics, resins, chemical fertilizers, plant protection chemicals, glass blocks and glass packaging, salt and other chemicals.

Philip Morris CR is engaged in the production, sale, distribution and marketing of cigarettes and other tobacco products and the provision of related services. Co. manufactures the following brands of cigarettes: L & M, Bond, Marlboro, Philip Morris, Petra, Start, Sparta, and Chesterfield.

Public Power Corporation S.A.

Public Power Corp. is a vertically intergrated electric utility engaged in electricity generation, transmission and distribution throughout Greece. At Dec 31 2014, Co. and its subsidiaries generated electricity in its own 62 power generating stations of Co. and from the additional stations which belong to its wholly owned subsidiary PPC Renewables S.A, facilitated the transmission of electricity through its own power lines of approximately 12,273 km and distributed electricity to consumers through its own distribution lines for Medium and Low voltage of 235,100 km which are managed by its wholly owned subsidiary Hellenic Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO S.A.) (Medium and Low voltage).

Tauron Polska Energia is engaged in the generation, transmission, distribution, and sale of electricity and heat in Poland. Co. generates electricity from various conventional and renewable energy sources, including hard coal, lignite, natural gas, biomass, wind, solar, and hydro power. It is also involved in quarrying, crushing, and breaking of limestone; quarrying of stone for the construction industry; mining of hard coal; trading in electricity; and production of technical gases. In addition, Co. engages in the repair and maintenance of machinery and electrical equipment; electrical installations; and construction of power lines.
