Ciech is engaged in the production, trade and distribution of chemicals as well as comprehensive service activities directed at the domestic and foreign market. The main products sold by Co. are soda ash, TDI, plastics, resins, chemical fertilizers, plant protection chemicals, glass blocks and glass packaging, salt and other chemicals.

Famur SA

FAMUR SA is a Poland-based manufacturer of mining equipment and machinery. The main area of the Company's operations is manufacture of automated longwall systems enabling the exploitation of coal. The Company also specializes in design and production of equipment for underground mines and open pits, as well as bulk material handling equipment and machines for coal preparation plants. The Company's products portfolio includes electric and hydraulic shearers, roof support, hydraulic control system, conveyors and crushers. FAMUR SA is also engaged in the development of information technology solutions and management system for coal industry. The Company operates through subsidiaries, based in Poland, Germany and the Russian Federation. The Company's major shareholder was TDJ SA, with a stake 71.28%. On November 27, 2014 the Company acquired 76,69% of stake in FAMAK SA.

Grupa Kety is an aluminum industry company based in Poland. Co.'s operations are organized in three business segments: Aluminum Extrusions, Aluminum Architectural Systems and Flexible Packaging. Co. offers aluminum extrusions in different shapes, bars, tubes and wires of aluminum and its alloys, which are used in the construction & building, advertising, indoor fittings, transportation, automotive industry, white goods, machinery engineering and electrical engineering. Co.'s Aluminum Architectural Systems produces aluminum joinery, realizing investment projects and selling systems. Co.'s flexible packaging segment offers packaging made of aluminum foil, films and paper.

Immofinanz AG is an Austria-based real estate company that invests in commercial properties. The Company's core activities are the management and development of retail and office properties in selected Central and Eastern European countries. The Company focuses its operations on such markets as Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania and Poland. The Company manages a portfolio of approximately 240 properties, covering rentable space of approximately 1.8 million square meters. In the office sector, the Company concentrates on the capital cities of the core countries and the major office locations in Germany with its international myhive brand. (Pingo Doce supermarkets); Portugal Cash & Carry, which includes the wholesale business unit Recheio; Poland Retail, which includes the business unit with the brand Biedronka; and Others, which includes marketing services and representations, restaurants in Portugal, health and beauty retail in Poland, and its retail business in Colombia.

Kernel Holding S.A.

Kernel Holding is a holding company. Co.'s is a diversified agribusiness engaged in the production and sale of bottled sunflower oil (sold under brand names Schedry Dar, Stozhar and Chumak Zolota), the production and subsequent export of bulk sunflower oil and meal, the wholesale trade of grain (mainly wheat, barley and corn), farming, and the provision of logistics and transshipment services n the ports of Ilyichevsk, Taman and Mykolaiv. KGHM Polska Miedz is engaged in the mining of copper and non-ferrous metals ore; the excavation of gravel and sand; the production of copper, precious and non-ferrous metals; the production of salt; the casting of light and non-ferrous metals; the forging, pressing, stamping and roll forming of metal- powder metallurgy; waste management; wholesale based on direct payments or contracts; warehousing and storage of merchandise; holding management activities; geological and exploratory activities; general construction activities with respect to mining and production facilities; scheduled and non-scheduled air transport; telecommunication and IT services; and other activities.
