DO & CO: the art of the meal (BUY - initiation of coverage)

We initiate coverage of DO & CO with a BUY and a 12M price target (PT) of EUR 167/share. DO & CO is a high-end catering company, serving mainly airlines and international sports events. After the COVID-19 pandemic, DO & CO has delivered exceptional earnings growth, with a 102% EPS CAGR from FY22 to FY25E, driven by the rebound in global air travel and major international events. Leveraging on the contracts signed during the pandemic, improved kitchen utilisation and economies of scale, we forecast DO & CO to increase its EBITDA and net profit at 12% and 22% CAGRs, respectively, between FY24-27E. Following the recent share price drop (c.40% since March 2025), DO & CO is trading at 6.0x EV/EBITDA on our FY26E, at a c.34% discount to its peers. We believe this could be a good entry point into a quality name, despite the headwind of the potential global economic slowdown. Given DO & CO’s premium positioning, earnings resilience, ROIC above 20%, and strong revenue visibility, supported by long-term contracts with major airlines extending beyond 2030E, we view the current valuation discount as unjustified.
