house prices still on the rise in CE4, but not as fast as before

Our models are predicting continuous house price growth everywhere in the CE4, but not as fast as before (apart from Poland). However, we highlight the upside risks due to the outperforming GDP and population growth, as well as the downside risks of booming construction in Hungary. In Greece, we expect house prices to continue falling on a nationwide basis, but at a slower rate.
