WOOD Flash – Mytilineos: new corporate structure

Yesterday (14 December), Mytilineos presented a new corporate structure, which is aiming at the improvement of competitiveness in all activities, as well as the crystallisation of the business units. In our view, the new structure should offer a more coherent approach between the two new core units, Energy and Metallurgy, achieving synergies and, thus, increasing the group’s competitiveness further. Despite the 12% rally since the beginning of the month, we continue to hold our positive conviction on the name, and keep Mytilineos as one of our top picks in our Greek universe.
