WOOD Flash – cyber_Folks: preliminary 4Q25 results review – 72% yoy adjusted EBITDA growth, 2% above our expectations
This morning (4 March), cyber_Folks reported its preliminary 4Q25 results. The group reported total sales of PLN 237.3m (up 37% yoy, in line with our estimate), adjusted EBITDA of PLN 82.9m (up 72% yoy, 2% above our estimate) and net profit of PLN 24.5m (up 17% yoy, 69% above our estimate). The strong beat on the bottom line vs. our estimates was due to the lower net finance costs and income tax than we assumed.R22 Sa. R22 SA is a Poland-based holding of technology companies offering: hosting services and domain sales. The Company provides internet services and operating in promising areas of the e-economy. The Company gathers the other companies hosting services, internet domain registration worldwide and services related to the security of transmitted data-SSL certificates. The Company has three operating segments: Domains and hosting, Omnichannel communication services automating electronic communication with recipients and Telecommunication services provided by the Oxylion Group.
