Aygaz is a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution company operating in a range of environments from cylinder production to marine transport operations. In its core business field, Co. distributes LPG as autogas, cylinder gas, and bulk gas, manufactures and sells LPG cylinders, tanks, valves and regulators, and also markets LPG-operated devices. Co. also sells and produces LPG devices and engaged in the maritime shipping of LPG. In the cylinder gas segment, Co. operates all over Turkey in points of sale under the brands of Aygaz, Mogaz and Lipetgaz. Co. has three segments: gas and petroleum products, electricity and other operations.

Enka Insaat ve Sanayi is an engineering and construction company. Co. operates in the following geographical areas: in Turkey, Co. is engaged in a range of construction activities including construction of industrial and social buildings, motorways and construction and operation of natural gas fired electrical energy generation facilities; in Russian Federation, Georgia, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan, Co. is engaged in construction activities and also in investment and development of real estate properties and shopping malls in Moscow, Russia; and in Europe, Co. is engaged in construction and trading activities in Romania, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and Kosovo.

Grupa Lotos is an oil concern which deals with oil extraction and processing and trading of high quality oil products. Co. supplies the market with, unleaded petrol, diesel oil, fuel oil, aviation fuel, industrial oil, asphalt and paraffin, among other things. Co. is engaged in the production and sales of engine oils and bitumen in Poland. Co. maintains oil exploration and production activities in the Baltic, North Sea and Norwegian Sea and operates three refineries in Gdansk, Jaslo and Czechowice, Poland. Co. markets its products in wholesale markets, as well as in retail markets through a network of petrol stations.

Turk Hava Yollari is engaged in the airline industry with the airline flying to 103 destinations, throughout Turkey and internationally. As of the year end, Co. maintains 66 aircrafts with a total seat capacity of 10,672, and leases a A300-200 cargo aircraft. Co. has various services for their customers which include: various ways of checking in and on-line ticket sales.
