KSE-100 witnessed a bearish cycle, closed on a negative note of 45,296.88 with a loss of 300.36 pts. On the weekly
chart, candle closes above the trend point. On 15th May, as the bullish trend shifted the market upwards and closing
settled today above the trend supporting line. Today’s candle close in red, market created an intraday low pts of
513.73 but close above at 45,296.88 with a loss of 300.36. We believe market will get stable over 46,000 level to
enter in the bullish cycle towards 46,500. If it continues to drag furthermore, we may witness bearish range 44,900-
45,200.
Technical Level in Upcoming Day
RSI took oversold bearish position and shifted its momentum to downward trend. Aside, 100-day moving average is
unchanged closed at 47,057.04 pt.
Outlook and Recommendation
We expect the market to change trend to bullish state momentum once rollover week will be completed.
