Heijmans/EBITDA margin pushes past 9.0% target/BUY

We reiterate our BUY and raise our target price from €72.25 to €92.00. Heijmans' new 2026 revenue and underlying EBITDA margin guidance exceeded our expectations and in response we raise our FY26F EPS estimate by c.9% to €5.94. We expect Heijmans to raise its margin guidance range at the CMD in May. FY25 results were solid and all divisions again contributed to the strong operating performance. We updated our model after Lotus Bakeries delivered in FY25 a 10% revenue increase to a very nice € 1,355m (KBCSe 1,355m, CSS 1,346m), driven by continued strong volume growth in 2H25 for both Lotus Biscoff (57% of branded revenues, +13% y/y) and Lotus Natural Foods (25% of branded, +17% y/y).
