During Q3 2016, Gulf Cable’s revenues improved by 7.6% yoy to stand at KWD20.810m, after two successive quarters of decline. The revenue increase was mainly driven by Cables sales which rose by 7.5% yoy, establishing at KWD20.768m (c. 99.8% to total revenues). The cost of sales grew by 5.8% yoy to KWD18.223m, representing 87.6% of total sales vs. 89% a year ago. The gross margin gained 145 basis points to 12.4%.
