Following the recent c.10% sell-off, we again see sufficient upside in NSI to warrant a BUY rating. We downgraded NSI from Buy to Hold on 29 June to account for the impact of the Dutch REIT regime risk. We believe this should now be fully priced in, and see an implied 17% total return on our new target price. Given underlying results have improved, the current share price looks a good entry point. We upgrade to BUY, moving our target price from €35.5 to €36.
